MIJAS PLAYA CLUB

The Mijas Playa Club is in the heart of La Cala, which is is the only fishing village left on the coast side of the main road between Malaga, Fuengirola, and Marbella.

The Mijas Playa Club was created at the easternmost corner of the village approximately 22 years ago, comprising of around 80 two and three bedroom, terraced townhouses and a two storey apartment block The gardens are mature, and maintained by a team of full time gardeners. There are two swimming pools, both with gated entrances, disabled access and shower/wc facilities as well as a guard in the months of June, July and August. Number 23 Mijas Playa Club is situated in the second row of the development and enjoys views of the sea, and sea front of La Cala. It is 30 mteres from the beach, 50 meters from the “front pool” and 75 meters from the back. With a square footage of 90m, Number 23 Mijas Playa Club is in good decorative order, and has had a number of features added like air conditioning and 32" LCD TV.
