Notes on prices:-
The above rates are based on a maximum of 6 guests and include cleaning service prior to your arrival and on departure, and all linen/ towels (except beach towels). A 30% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, the balance payable in full 6 weeks before occupation. Access to the house is after 3pm on the day. To allow for cleaning you must vacate by 11:00am on day of departure. Changeover days are on Sunday.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 with one king sized double bed. Bedroom 2 with one queen sized double beds. Bedroom 3 with two single beds.
Bathrooms:	En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/ shower,wc, bidet, and 2 wash basins. Second bathroom has a large shower unit, toilet, and wash basin. Separate toilet and wash basin is on the ground floor.
Kitchen:	Updated kitchen plus new equipment, e.g. cooker, ceramic hob, large fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.
Living Rooms:	Very large lounge and dining area, with Sky Free-to-view HD TV, DVD Player, and music centre.
Other:	Sun terrace on top floor, plus 2 balconies and an enclosed patio area at the front and back of property. WiFi facility

Towels, linen and cleanings are included on each let.

Outside

The property is surrounded by a private shared garden, and include patios at front and rear and outdoor furniture. The 2 swimming pools on the complex are large and are shared with other residents on the complex.

Coast/Beach

We are situated in the village of La Cala de Mijas, 30 metres from the renowned La Cala beach. Ideal if you do not wish to have a car.

Golf

Within a few kilometres is the renowned La Cala Golf Course. This is in addition to some 30 golf courses within 25km of the complex.

Skiing

We are around 2 hours drive from the Sierra Nevada Skiing Resort. So you can ski in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon.

Special interest holidays
If you are interested in horse racing, we have the only track on the coast very close by. Have you ever been to the races at 11pm in the evening?

Travel

La Cala is 25 minutes from Malaga Airport, and can be reached by Taxi or hired car. As the property is in the village of La Cala, and is surrounded by restaurants, you do not need a car.
