Notes on prices
The above rates are based on a maximum of 6 guests and include cleaning service prior to your arrival and on departure, and all linen/towels (except beach towels). A 30% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, the balance payable in full 6 weeks before occupation. Access to the house is after 3pm on the day. To allow for cleaning you must vacate by 11:00am on day of departure. Changeover days are on Sunday
Access to the property is from 4:00pm. You are required to vacate by 11:00am on date of departure to allow for cleaning of the property and to change linen and towels.

| Living Rooms: | Very large lounge and dining area, with Sky Free-to-view TV, video, and music centre. DVD Player. |
| Other: | Sun terrace on top floor, plus 2 balconies and an enclosed patio area at the front and back of property. |

Outside
The property is surrounded by a private shared garden, and include patios at front and rear and outdoor furniture. The 2 swimming pools on the complex are large and are shared with other residents on the complex.
Coast/Beach
We are situated in La Cala Village, 30 metres from the renowned La Cala beach. Ideal if you do not wish to have a car.
Golf
Within a few kilometres is the renowned La Cala Golf Course. This is in addition to some 30 golf courses within 25km of the complex.
Skiing
We are around 2 hours drive from the Sierra Nevada Skiing Resort. So you can ski in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon.
Special interest holidays
If you are interested in horse racing, we have the only track on the coast very close by. Have you ever been to the races at 11pm in the evening?
Travel
La Cala is 25 minutes from Malaga Airport, and can be reached by Taxi or hired car. As the property is in the village of La Cala, and is surrounded by restaurants, you do not need a car.
